Dr. Sai Ranade has been the Director of the Business Assessment and Consulting Practice for Computer Associates Gulf Coast Region. Prior to that he served as the Manager of Technical Services and the Manager of Business Improvement Programs for technology companies. Sai has led consulting engagements for Rush Enterprises, TeleCheck, Temple Inland Financial Services, North Shore Healthcare system and Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance. He was the lead consultant for developing a Value Model for the Enterprise Management Solutions provided to Memorial Hermann Healthcare System by CA. He has made over 200 corporate presentations and published over 20 papers on topics ranging from mathematical modeling to organizational excellence. Dr. Ranade has had training in the areas of Financial Statement Analysis, Quality Improvement, Learning Organizations and Balanced Scorecard Development.
